Romain Finas is the Vice President of Real World Evidence at Care Factory. He has over 17 years of experience strategy consulting with a specialization in healthcare organizations. Some of Romain’s most recent accomplishments include running 4 programs to test innovation and assess outcomes with real life data. His projects include; diabetes management with 70 practices, adjustment of hospital organizations to onco-immunotherapies introduction in 15 hospitals, vaccination coverage improvement with HC IT, and Introduction of fast track surgery in 40 hospitals. Romain’s past work experience includes MSD, GE Healthcare and Accenture. Romain holds his master’s degree from ESCP Europe.
Elodie Lehmann is Manager at Care Factory with experience in market access and optimization of care pathways. Her experience includes conducting an international study to compare cost-of-illness based on open access data, processing and analyzing data from an internal database in order to produce horizon scanning reports. She also defined several strategies to implement new care pathways in numerous therapeutic areas. Elodie’s past work experience includes IQVIA, jalma and AstraZeneca. Elodie holds a degree in Biotechnology Engineering and a MSc from Kedge Business School.
Mariane is consultant at Care Factory with experience in care paths optimization, economic modelling and public affairs. Her experience includes designing a public affairs’ action plan to change the French standards of care in diabetes, modelling the economic impact of early detection and screening strategies on the burden of several diseases. She also developed innovative strategies to optimize care paths, from analyzing the current disruptions to macro-budgeting the new paths. She holds a degree in Biology and a MSc in Management of Public Health Policies from EHESP – Graduate School of Public Health
Célia Sathi is an analyst at Care Factory. Celia has a double expertise in pharmaceutical sciences and economics, which allows her to bring knowledge in market access, pricing strategies and performance based remunerations for innovative health products. Her professional experience includes price and value assessment, database management and strategy development. She holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Health economics and market access from Paris Dauphine university
Arnaud Nze Ossima
Arnaud Nze Ossima is currently a Senior Consultant at Care Factory. His experience includes studies in E-Compared (European-COMParative Effectiveness research on online Depression), estimating the cost-effectiveness of conventional care with that including internet use in people with a major depressive episode. Arnaud has also conducted studies on socioeconomic burdens and factors associated with the individual costs of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, as well as access the performance of the usual collection tools. Including: (CRF, local PMSI) in relation to the use of medico-administrative databases (SNIIRAM, national PMSI), and gold standards, for estimating the consumption of hospital and outpatient care in economic evaluations. Arnaud holds his Ph.D in Applied Mathematics Biostatistics Option from the University of Montpelier.
